Look, I know it's different for everyone, but when I had no memory, the least little thing would be frustrating, everything from getting home to remembering where I put my keys to ordering in a restaurant. So my advice - take it or leave it - is spend some time with yourself. Walk around, try samples of stuff, read, watch television. 'Cause you're not just trying to remember events, you're trying to remember you, and can't have one without the other.
