There was a significant part of Jack that hoped that his new body meant that he would start aging as well, at least physically. Even if he knew that one day he’d be left without Elsa, perhaps aging along with her would make that much easier to bear. Of course, they really wouldn’t know if he’d start aging until a few more years have passed. For now, he was just content to actually look a little bit older than Elsa for a change.
