"I'm Naiya," she replied, grabbing her tea off the windowsill, she was surely smiling at Nate like a total idiot. Naiya realized she was horribly out of practice talking to a man who wasn't connected with a crime or a colleague in the office. But this felt good, not to mention he had great taste in books, meaning she didn't see a motorcycle manual in the bunch. But that may just be like him to be well read and still have a Harley, not that she'd mind that. Despite her need to keep her hands to herself, she was intrigued, just one little touch could tell so much.
"No injuries, I'm all in one piece. Besides, I just thought it would be good to walk with you since there was a good chance you could kill someone with those books. I really don't feel like working on my vacation," she teased.
