Nate chewed his lip a bit as Naiya paused, mouth agape. Despite his casual attitude, this wasn't something he did regularly and he had to admit, even he was surprised by his actions. And now he was nervous that she thought he was crazy, not that she'd be entirely wrong about that. When she passed him her number, he grinned. "Well... must be fate then," he smiled, fingers brushing hers as she passed him the paper. They shared a moment, eyes meeting as everything else fell to the background. Nate started to smile again but before it could full form his phone went off again, with Delia's ringtone. "I'm sorry, she just frets," he sighed as he brought her hand, still in his, to his lips. "I will call you though!" He assured, as he grabbed his bookstack and took off again down the street.
