Naiya wasn't easily offended by stereotypes of Witches, and actually found it hilarious that he had such a ringtone on his phone. She hid her laughter by covering her mouth until she could master her face. Of all the things in the world and of all the people, I meet one that has "Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead" as a ringtone, how coincidental can that be?
But of course the disappointment had to come sometime, as he was now in a rush to be somewhere else. "Nice meeting you, too," she smiled, though her insides were pouting like a small child who was left alone on the playground cause another group of kids had better toys than her.
Naiya took out a small notebook from her bag and a pen, ready to get lost in some Witchy thoughts. "I could have given him my number, he wouldn't think that was too forward of me," Naiya traced her phone number as if she could turn back time and hand him the paper with a charming-no, appealing smile. Imagine her surprise as the stack of books and the man that held them came rushgin back to the table, causing otherwise busy people on the street to flap about like a disturbed flock of pigeons.
Dinner? She paused, her mouth hung open. Surely she hadn't gone totally Witchy and cast a spell to bring him back around? No, of course not! "You'll never believe me when I tell you I had no idea you'd come back for this," she smiled, tearing off the piece of paper with her number. She was so pleased by this turn of events she wasn't actively thinking "do not touch him, do not touch him" and his fingers came into contact with hers.
It was...sparky. Usually she went into an epilepsy-like fit, but this time little stars dazzled her eyes as if she looked into the sun too long. Surely that wasn't normal, Naiya couldn't explain it.
