The TARDIS didn't move as quickly as last time as if processing the request. After a few moments of consideration, the engines whirred to life and landed back on the previous planet. This time in a corridor lined with bodies, stored in frozen clouds. Some of the people looked peaceful. Some were posed beautifully. Most of the bodies were in various stages of undress.
Then there was Steve at the end of the corridor, a place of honor.
Steve's frozen body did not look peaceful or willing. Steve had tried to fight his way out of the process cloud storage and failed.
