"She's here!" The Master beamed, clapping her hands in that rat-a-tat-tat! rat-a-tat-tat! rhythm. "Oh. My. God. She really just did take her sweet ass time. Friday? Honey?"
Yes, Master, answered Friday's voice. The Master had done so much more than help write the Registration Act that, with her changes, had no chance of passing. She'd done more than be the villain needed to reunite the Avengers for good and keep Steve Rogers from dying at the hand of his friend.
She'd been at Stark Tower for months.
"Go ahead and run the Companion Protocol. I am, like, really excited for this."
Yes, Master, Friday affirmed. The door to her cell unlocked. The rest of the compound went on lock down. The Master had control of the facility.
"Oh not cool. Not cool." Now it was Tony's turn to feel like an ass. He went back to the room holding Cap and the Doctor and tried to open it, but it was now locked. "Cap!" he shouted.
It wasn't long before Tony's peace keeping drones showed up, in formation, to keep the rest of the Avengers occupied. Two were holding an unknown container. The Master had made a few improvements using her knowledge of Ultron, the Cybermen and even a hint of Dalek technology to make them a bit more of a challenge for the heroes.
