This time the Doctor knew where to put her hand. After a few steps, she winced and then pulled off her loafers were at least a half size too small. She'd have to go barefoot for now. The Doctor scoffed at the appearance of her new toes.
"I don't feel taller," the Doctor started. "Are you sure everyone else isn't just smaller? Could be a side effect of folding extra dimensional space when I sent mind gem away. Does my face look alright to you? Is it face shaped? I'm not ready to look in the mirror yet. That's the worst part. Looking in the mirror and seeing what you're stuck with."
She exhaled a bit of golden energy and started to bring more weight down on his arm. "I forget how exhausting it is."
Once the two walked out of the room, Stark turned to Natasha, "Look, I know she's the Cap's friend and all, and maybe she didn't kill anyone, but that alien just took down a SHIELD base and outsmarted the Avengers in less than four minutes. Am I the only one concerned about just letting her go?"
