"Oh, but I am," he shot back, with a grin of his own. He hadn't missed the look of delight in her expression when she'd recognized it. The red light (despite being all he'd had available at the time) was a nice touch. "Red light doesn't mess with night vision," he said, by way of explanation. "It's the one color that humans can look at in the dark and not be blinded. And well.... since I'm half human, that seemed important. Never really occurred to me before."
He smirked. "I also took a few bits from Torchwood. Said it was a pet project. Funny, they asked if I needed anything more."
