There were a lot of things not-right right now, but the man didn't look like he would do well with reason or explanation. So she didn't tell him that the death of an entire world wasn't worth getting her back to the Doctor, and she didn't remind him that if he flattened this universe, he'd kill her parents and her baby brother, and she didn't tell him that she wasn't okay with him dying for this, either. She just shook her head firmly, and repeated:
"I don't want you to."
A long time ago, just before he took her to see her da, he'd said "Your wish is my command." She didn't know if it would stick, but she hoped.
When he took her arms, she put her hands on his, too - but gentler than his grip. "All right," she said, trying to keep her voice soothing, trying to keep the alarm out of it. "All right, then you should come with me. Will you come with me?"
She took a step backwards, away from the pile of books it looked like he'd slip on at any minute, and more toward the center of the room. If he followed, she intended on leading him toward the bath.
