Aidan was just as frustrated as Dean was by the time they reached the bar, but his frustration was coupled with the anxiety that came with your best friend suddenly having breasts without first coming out to his family that he was thinking he'd always been a woman, just trapped in the wrong body - and the years of transitioning that usually came with it.
"Because she's a goddess?" Aidan shrugged, while waiting for the alcohol. It seemed like the best route to go. The alcohol, not the comment. The comment seemed like a sad excuse for words if there'd ever been such. "I know you had a lot of theories as to what might be happening here, but I think that we're going to have to use the Gordian Knot example, and cut through all the outlying and dive right into the heart of the matter. She's everything she appeared to be and you... well... you.."
He shrugged again, flailing for any kind of statement that would not firmly end in Dean forever being a female. Forever.
