Bizarre OOC

Let me know here, I'll screen the comments if you want to prevent some OOC bleeding into IC, so clue me in on what you want to have posted in the Bizarre City News if it's relevant to your character's progression.

<b>Date:</b> When this event transpired or will <b>Involved:</b> People/Groups/Organizations involved, do not be generic <b>Witnesses:</b> Generic NPC or name characters <b>What:</b> Explain what happened or will; how they were noticed by aforementioned involved entities <b>Reaction:</b> What response did the witnesses have, were there any damages to property as a result, did someone die, were they injured, etc? If these were major incidents, explain how Aegis would overlook or react to it. How long would it take them to realize what transpired? <b>Intention:</b> Where do you want to go with this SL blurb? How far down the line has it progressed or will?
