Bizarre OOC

Hello ladies, gentlemen, those of ill repute...

This is Abel Haskel, the figurehead of the Haskel Coven, now brought to shame and on his knees before the lovely, if scary, Melisande Wyndel.

The entire coven is faced with a terrible choice - submit to a life of servitude which extends to their children and so forth or death. All because Clarinda Haskel did the unthinkable and soiled the very essence of what they are.

Should he acquiesced to the ancient blood oath that would have him and future generations unable to betray Miss Wyndel or should he bow down and accept a quick death?

What are your ideas?

OOC:

I feel this poor character is horribly misunderstood, his generous nature has been twisted by situations where the exposure to him in character has been viewed with a negative slant. All his good manners and intentions are destroyed in Game Play by these occurrences and it has me less interested in playing him anymore. He was never meant to be seen as a bastard or a bad character, but that is what the RP would have it be, so I'm ready for options.

I can easily write him up as oathed and chasing the real villain, Tristan, who will not oath, and occasionally bring him back or do phone/text/skype scenes and a rare visit if a certain player is enamored of this idea or I can tangle him up in an oath with death in the foreseeable future to help someone else's plot.
