With each of these walks they shared, Ava found herself enjoying them more and more. It had always been the possibility of discovery that had set her upon such paths, but she found the simple enjoyment of the quiet company. It was not uncommon for their conversation to dwindle into comfortable silence and step by step, she was gradually learning the various paths through the large garden. She could most certainly still get lost, but getting lost was often an experience in it's own. She would not lose that opportunity completely.
From time to time, their walks brought them across the path of others who sought to enjoy the area as they did, but she could not recall seeing any Sentries during their previous venture in the garden, not even when they had ventured into the area the former Queen had kept for her own enjoyment, which left her unsurprised when Mikino released her hand to speak with them.
She could not deny that she too, was curious about their current placement, though she remained a few steps behind Mikino as he directed his attention to them.
