Thomas grunted with each squeeze and gave those plaintive meows in a low, dark tone to effectively infer what he thought about her marking him with her chin. The wizard serving as an audience for them watched the pair with those alert green hazel eyes quickly captivated by the set of blue ones she possessed. "Sorry, Thomas, today is not your day," he sounded rather smug about it when the familiar actually flicked those whiskers out in annoyance. The feline's ears tucked down against his scalp as he hissed about his breakfast being delayed.
Feed me. I'm hungry. You two have lazed around long enough. I'm hungry. Abel nearly rolled his eyes at the familiar's protest about them being lazy and not feeding him on time. As if there was a schedule to abide by in any strict sense. "Thomas says we're being lazy by not feeding him, kitten, what do you think? Should I pitch him out the window and let him wrangle a seal or two? Maybe he'll find your friend Erick." The wizard stretched out a hand with intention of tweaking Thomas' ear only to earn a swat and a hiss. With lips twitching at the vehemence from his familiar he glanced back at Roxy again. "I think I should throw him outside if he's going to be like that today. Don't you have some grooming to do?" Abel did sound rather smug just then about Thomas having Roxy's scent all over his fur. He retracted his hand to drape an arm around Roxy's head, fingers tangling up in the red tresses he was so fond of.
"If you keep growling, kitten, I'll simply lock Thomas out all day and he'll starve because I won't let you out of this bed any time soon." Abel pushed a hand down the line of Roxy's figure, tracing fingertips against available bare flesh with a duck of his head against hers to press those warm, inviting lips against her cheek. "Breakfast for all of us or none of us, which is it Thomas?" The day was barely beginning and showed no sign of being a wonderful one for the four footed feline trapped in the bed with them. It served Thomas right since Abel had already spoken to him the prior evening about how special today was. Then again, what did cats care about anyone other than themselves?
