“Oh?” She asked when he said his father had told him to remain at the palace. She could only guess on a couple of reasons about that, “Well I hope your stay at the palace will be a pleasant one and not one where explosions going off.” She wasn’t making light of it but she was being honest. When he said that he didn’t like her to be alone, she gave a little chuckle. “Come to keep me company? You are a sweet man. And I do have a fondness for your chocolates.” She smirked.
“Sidonie. I think we are past formalities for night.” Giving him permission to call her by her real name. “You did not. I find that sleep has been eluding me. I had been reading some reports but I welcome the distraction.” Sidonie sipped on the wine and nodded. “This is rather good.
