There had been at least one woman, her hair that same sweet floral scent, in Dr Ward's past. Dark hair, dark eyes, deep olive skin, exotic accent, always wore jewel tones under her lab coat. He couldn't remember her name but she had been beautiful and the two of them had been so close. But then she was suddenly gone and he had pined after her for some time. She hadn't been there when Wymond had taken over so she shouldn't have been important but it bothered him now that he could not remember her name.
That had been a surprise, suddenly having the woman flailing against him, one that knocked him out of the memories and his projected illusion. Visible again he fought through her writhing limbs until both of his hands found a resting place on the back of her head and he attempted to force that peaceful image into her mind that he had with Lux. He had an easier time of getting into the minds of others when they were experiencing intense emotion and from the fear he was soaking up from her he would say she was well-primed for him.
"I don't want to hurt you. I'm not going to hurt you." he told her with his calm tone though he knew it likely wouldn't help. "It's alright."
