Patio - Shelly, Marsh and Open
There were a lot of people at Lucky’s and as a result, tons of trash. Marsh came out of the bar with a handful and tossed it in the dumpster before making his way to the patio for another cigarette. He found Shelly next to the fire pit looking pale as a ghost. He made his way over to her and sat down next to her. “Been a while.” He remarked. The two hadn’t seen each other since they’d bumped into each other at the record store and that hadn’t ended well, even if she’d apologized to him via text.
“You alright?” He couldn’t put a finger on what it was that fascinated him about her. Maybe it was the fact that she’d been putting on an act the first time they’d met or how he’d let slip that he could read her mind. Hell, she was one of the only ones who knew about Lawrence and why he always walked around on a bum leg. Maybe he just felt a kinship with her or maybe Marsh was just playing with fire.
