JD looked around to see Rhiannon over under the tree, a row of gravestones away. He glanced down at the jaw in his hand and almost tossed it away, too many 'souvenir collectors' he'd known usually ending up behind bars. But something told him to hang onto this. He wasn't sure whether it was because if he still had it when he woke up then he'd know it wasn't a rather detailed and spooky nightmare, or because of something else, he didn't know what. Maybe he'd take it to the guy he'd met, who was into magic and stuff.
He made his way across to where she was standing, eyes taking in the sword and the dismembered corpse. "Monty Python eat your heart out, huh?" slipped out before he remembered how his attempts at humour earlier had failed miserably. He quickly coughed and continued, looking around. "I was hoping once we'd done the deed that we'd, you know, end up back where we started... guess I best stick to my day job."
