She bit at her lip for a moment, trying to decide how much to tell Brian. Circling back around to the comment about food, Ellie stole another small bite of the omelette. “One of my sisters tried that, too, you know, being Vegan. It didn’t last long. I guess maybe it’s harder to do in Texas.” It took a lot of willpower that she recognized she didn’t have.
