The lead Gabe had been following from the brothers in Lima was starting to look like it could bear fruit, and Gabe had been spending a lot of time down there, getting to know the family he was dealing with, building trust and making some business inroads in the area as well. Santorini Shipping was expanding its portfolio and there were some areas in South America he felt they could look at developing.
Back in Las Vegas he'd caught up with Cian, and found out about the celebrations at the mysterious place called Lux. He remembered only too well the night he'd gone for Samhain, and changing into Poseidon when entering. Whatever magic was at work there it was pretty powerful, and that was reason enough to attend the celebrations that were taking place that evening.
As he approached the entrance he nodded to himself, eyebrows raised as he took in the change in the appearance. Again he walked along the passageway, between the veils, until he found himself stepping into what he could only describe as the most amazing transformation he'd seen. This had him wondering exactly 'where' they were. Surrounded by what looked like trees and standing stones, a large fire pit in the centre and overhead a ceiling that could only be described as a star-bedazzled sky. A passing tray, carrying a range of drinks, was made one lighter as he picked up the lowball glass and took a brief sniff before sipping the well-aged whisky. He hadn't been sure what to expect but it was smooth on his tongue.
He looked around, seeing if he recognised anyone, Cian, Brianna and Radek having said they were going to come.
