Ronnie + Rhiannon + Anyone
He nodded at Rhiannon. “Yup, which is why it’s a good category to pick from. It means I can throw together a bit of everything and be able to cover a lot more ground.” It was a broad term - she was right in the sense that it could be particular, but when he had a better menu idea then everything else would fall into place.
“Sure. Mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, maybe a few hot sandwiches - I have a couple I’m working on right now actually - and some other stuff.” His things would be a bit more elevated. Maybe a fried chicken pot pie ball or a thanksgiving dinner option closer to the holiday seasons. Being flexible was absolutely a perk.
“What is your idea of a comfort food? Or, even better, if you bought from a food truck, what would you order, ideally?” Ronnie finished up his own drink, looked at the empty bottle with a measure of disappointment that it was gone, but then turned his attention back to Rhiannon.
