blueridge! I'm Kat, and I don't know anyone here, not that everyone does! I'm just a little rusty with PB unfortunately, so I am a little nervous. But I'm hoping to change that asap. I'm thinking about bringing in a second character but for now, this is Cathryn Beaufort. She's 25 and she's a human with Elemental; earth and also with Empathic abilities. She's not quite sure how to use her Elemental powers just yet, but she's slowly learning. Her dad was an Empath and her mom an Elemental, who have mysteriously gone missing. Dun dun dun. Cathryn was born in Asheville, but wanted to pursue a singing career, mostly folk, indie music. Although she was worried about moving away and leaving her hometown and family, she fell in love and at the age of 20 she and her fiancé moved to New York. But once her powers started to grow stronger it kind scared the crap out of him, and after few years of marriage they divorced going their separate ways. When she found out about her parents, she moved back to Asheville to take over the family business. They own a Bed & Breakfast. She also continued her search for her parents. They seemed to have vanished without a trace, but she's convinced they're still alive. Cathryn can be a little ditsy, but she's honest, trustworthy, down to earth, stubborn, a skeptical and a little sensitive. She's also very independent so she feels helpless and terrified when she's not in control.
I've got most of her Bio finished, just tweaking it a little. And of course I would love lines! Friendships, exes, maybe someone works at the Bed & Breakfast with her? Possibly a line about who or what has taken her parents, and why. I love brainstorming and coming up with ideas so let me know!
