RP: Bella is Bored Characters: Bellatrix Time/Date: Evening, October 15, 2023 Location: Lestrange Hall Warnings/Rating: Dark thoughts, dark language Summary: Bella is bored and thinking of ways to mend this Status: Stand alone, or open to Beckett/Roddy
Bellatrix was bored. She'd read books on the war. Heard stories from Rodolphus. Heard third or fourth hand stories from Beckett. She knew who had betrayed them all, fucked them in the end. Knew who was back and should be punished for his betrayal, his crimes against them.
Her lips curved into a sneer that pulled into a snarl before she rapped her long fingernails against the glass top of the table.
There were some around. Some returned, some alive, some she could get in touch with. Avery and Mulciber. Fenrir. She wondered if the dog would want to play, and what level of control they'd get to have if they invited him into their sandbox, such as it was.
She'd read he was doing well enough on his own, and she smirked faintly.
Dark eyes flicked toward the hallway. Toward Roldolphus' study.
Maybe he was content to sit and hide and simper away from the Ministry's eyes ... but she was not.
Perhaps she'd send out some owls. Or perhaps she'd simply take matters in her own hands and wreak a touch of havoc on the Muggle side of things ... if only to let them know they weren't safe. To give the Aurors something to think about.
Bellatrix was a tiger, a rabid dog, a caged beast, and she was tired of her cage.
Pushing up from her chair, Bellatrix stalked to the window. Gazing out at the trees and their color-changed leaves, she pouted slightly.
Halloween, if not sooner. After all, everyone liked to wear masks on Halloween, didn't they? Her lips curved slowly into a grin. She was almost certain that if she put enough focus into it, she could find her Death Eater's mask around somewhere ... or make one like it. Give them all a taste of a time long past.
Instill the same fear into the new generation.
Bellatrix licked her lips as she thought about that. So they no longer had a Dark Lord to lead them. If no one else stepped up, perhaps she'd just have a bit of fun on her own. In her own way. With no one telling her not to play. Gazing at the darkening sky, Bella sighed.
