Evo OOC

We decided to post this once a month to help people looking to get some scenes in. Basically, this is a semi-plot post, but mostly a tracking technique to monitor the scenes we're all in. So that you can look for scene partners, ISOs, scenes you're looking for with a specific char, tag someone who is looking for scenes that you want to scene with, etc etc. We're clearly working out the bugs right now, but we're hoping it will be helpful! There's some headers, but feel free to tag in under your name with the scenes you're in (you don't have to link!)
