Vic.
Before her eyes were even able to take in the grimdark environment, Sofia's ears immediately let her know something was out of the ordinary when the clamoring of park-goers suddenly became mute. Her aerokinetic abilities made it so Sofia couldn't help the many noises the wind carried across her from far distances. The whispers and many times the yells of others, within a certain distance, constantly hummed in the background of her everyday life unless she willed it to be silent.
However, that will, that control, was suddenly gone.
So now it's my turn? Sofia thought to herself, having set her own mental countdown to when Xavier's ever-looming dark cloud of doom would likely rain on her. However, she never prepared to confront it without her powers. Fear slivered up Sofia's spine like a python preparing to constrict its prey.
That was until a certain killer clown decided to make her prey. She didn't see or hear it coming as her eyes remained fixated on the screen before surprise attack caught her attention.
"AH!" She didn't remember the last time she screamed so loud, falling to the ground to avoid fray before panicked eyes desperately looked around for something to grab. And, as if orchestrated by a maniacal redhead, a long piece of wood, likely broken from a battered and inoperable ride, laid beside her.
She quickly grabbed it before charging toward her attacker. She closed her eyes right before the pointed stick impaled the large clown in its lower back. The sound of its flesh tearing made her slightly cringe. She released the stick, dropping to the ground once more in hopes her efforts helped.
