"Have you lost all semblance of logic? No, wait, don't answer that, of course you have.... You're unwell.." Susan wasn't going to argue with him, as he looked like he barely had the strength to chew his food.
She listened as he spoke of why he had to be there. In some way, she did understand, even if it was Weasley. "You can't visit him in this state. Be reasonable. I do think he would understand if you didn't come, and if anything, he'd probably yell at you and call you fool for making yourself even sicker."
There was something utterly pathetic on his face as he spoke about friends needing each other, and she nodded. "But you just can't, at least not like this." Taking a deep breath and closing her eyes, she wondered if it was just the way Cass looked at her with those big eyes.. "I'll go and see him. I'll tell him that you really want to, and I'll even play nice until he's out of the shack." It was going out on a huge limb, but she would do it for Cass.
"Because isn't that what friends do?" she mirrored his own words, shaking her head at herself for even thinking of doing it. "I'd rather Percy be fit and well and bitching at me than not around, so I guess I do have a vested interest in his health."
