Avoiding a good splinching was a hard thing when one was obviously coming down with something, but Dora managed by the skin of her teeth both times, to and from Wales. The confidence of her side-along left something to be desired, and she could only hope that she hadn't upset the two Jones women anymore than they already had been. She'd simply not thought it safe for two people in their condition to apparate anywhere alone, and thus she'd taken up upon herself to help them back to Hogsmeade.
It was a bit of a walk from the apparation point back to the clinic. Dora tried to keep up a stream of steady conversation as she helped the two women pick their way across the path into the town, afraid that if not for the presence of voices, they might go into shock. She'd not have blamed them if they did. From the look of the house, they had every damned right to.
Someone in her family was likely to pay deeply for this. She'd introduced herself plainly as Dora, just in case, not wanting to give away any familial connections. It was stupid, maybe, but the two injured women were shaken enough as it was, and rightly so.
"Megan's just in here," she said once they'd finally reached the clinic. Dora opened the door and stepped aside to let them enter first. "Back in her office, this way."
