Stephen wrapped an arm around Adrian pulling him closer, and kissing his neck. "See what you've done, love? You've managed the impossible. You made Midori sound human," he said, chuckling. "Honestly, Sean, Adrian is a master at annoying the fuck out of people. My brother counts in Latin most times." It hadn't happened recently, but it wasn't a lie.
He winked at Liam, before turning to Sean again. "Tonight, he's been prepared. If anyone has any fault, it's mine for failing to tell him what he needed to know. I never thought we'd get to this point, and postponing has been the name of the game until now. His faults were mine; and his achievements are his. Aren't those the rules?" he asked with a smile.
