Oh, he meant for her to cast it on him. Dora swallowed thickly as she fumbled around in her bag, looking for her wand. She wrapped her hand around it after a moment and pulled it out into the open. "I could feel the wards when I walked through the gates. They're very good." She'd meant to compliment him on the wards earlier, but the inside of the house itself had distracted her and pushed the thought from her mind.
Dora stood from her chair and stepped forward, stumbling almost immediately on absolutely nothing. The floor was completely clear. "It's not very good. Imperio's my best, but then I've never tried avad-- the Killing Curse, so I wouldn't really know," she said, nervously turning her wand in her hand. "Apparently I just don't put enough feeling behind it."
And then, because he was simply standing there, inviting her to curse him, she said the word, "Crucio," practically whispered and hidden underneath her breath. It was all she could do to actually continue looking. She made a face, closed her eyes, and said it again, this time so it could actually be heard. She waved her wand, "Crucio."
