Dora nodded, shrugging slightly uncomfortably. "Well, I just don't... kill a lot, to be honest. I don't like to. I actively avoid it, even." She was quick with a hard hitting stunning spell when it came time and if that didn't work, she hexed like her life depended on it. And it usually did.
"They favour it because they're crazy," she said, sticking with her usual hypothesis. "I see what you're saying, but I've known more than a few driven mad or near it by the curse. You'll understand if I don't want you using it on my mum. I had a long debate with myself on even showing it my students. Worse than the killing curse, in my opinion."
Dora shifted slightly in her seat. "I just don't want her getting hurt."
