Emma had to smile at the little girl's exuberence. She seemed like a bundle of energy and....happiness. Emma couldn't remember the last time she'd been so bubbly happy. Or even seen anyone that way.
Giving little Emma a smile, she said, 'Pleased to meet you, Emma Too.' She watched the little girl pat her companion on the head, and she had to smirk in amusement. 'A grouchy seamoose?' she said, her eyes twinkling with unaccustomed mirth. 'Is he dangerous?' she gently teased the little girl.
The seamoose, no....Seamus, seemed a little embarrassed by the teasing but quickly smiled it off. Emma had to smile as the little girl protested the tickling, swatting his hands away.
