Daphne smiled. "Well, that's very nice of her. Everyone likes special days."
"Right, like that," the blonde said, nodding. "I'm sure he was still just as much your daddy then."
Daphne had to keep from smirking. Chances were very very high that Liam's mother would be furious instead of sad if she heard the boy calling her his new mummy. And it was likely only a matter of time before she did. "Well, Liam's mummy will always be his mum," she said finally. Although having a ghost as a mother had to be insanely strange, and would not leave a boy well adjusted at all. It was good that she was around.
