Theo nodded as Justin spoke, pulling out the parchments from the estate agents and placing them on the table between them, though waiting with them as the other man finished speaking. 'I can see your point of view,' he said thinking about the issue. 'How about a paragraph added about unforeseen circumstances?' he suggested. 'And a specification of what type of situations would be included in that?'
He turned to the parchments from the estate agents, pointing to them as he showed them one at the time for Justin.
'Personally I think these four are most interesting, as they have a generous size of land connected to it. This one here is a bit offside, but, there are rumours of caves below which might make the building process move faster.'
He pointed to a parchment, before pointing to another one. 'This on the other hand is more central, than the others, which might be a benefit for business,' he said. Of course, that decision would have to be discussed with Bill as well and possibly also with Montague and Draco, but for now it was interesting to hear what Justin said from a builders point of view.
