A good site was always important and Justin nodded. "I can only assume that this bank will likely expand with time - more vaults and the need to allow them to expand magically? That could limit some of the available sites. You wouldn't want to encroach on adjacent buildings, and their stability. Do you have a list of places?"
"Oh I don't plan on abandoning anything," he said, clarifying his meaning. "It just makes sense to lock into the whole project, but if undue external factors arise, neither party is locked into committing to more than what has already been done." He doubted money would dry up mid project, but unexpected delays always drained finances in any building project.
He nodded at the idea of being able to do other projects. "Yes, that would work well. Some stages do drag, and I know my men, and no doubt yours, do not like to sit around and twiddle their thumbs."
He looked at the proffered parchment, reading it very carefully. The sum was quite generous, and he had no issues with it. "I'm happy to liaise with any experts in other fields. This is a very important project, and I know where my strengths lie."
He knew of Bill Weasley, and his reputation from Gringotts bank. "The more expertise you gain on this the better, I assume. I know that Gringotts wasn't built overnight."
