The tea arrived the moment Justin accepted the offer, and Theo leaned back in the sofa as he listened. It did sound wise, though he'd want to make sure to tie Justin a bit tighter than that if possible. He could not risk being abandoned mid construction after all.
'Our first step is deciding where to build, as we have several locations available for purchase. From there we can make an estimate on how much time is needed to fulfil the project.'
He smiled. 'Stages sound good, though I want something to ensure your commitment throughout the project. Of course you would be free to work on other projects in times were the actual construction takes less of your time.'
He took a parchment from the pile on the large coffee table, and looked it over before handing it to Justin. A contract stating the terms he had in mind. 'I was thinking a monthly salary for the duration of the project,' he said, pointing to the parchment where he had written down the sum he had in mind. 'You get to name who you work with, and if you need more workers than at present that can be arranged. You will however need to work with someone regarding protective charms and curses. Bill will be a good start, but it's always wise to bring in more than one person to be responsible for things like that.'
