Justin took a seat. "Tea would be lovely, thank you."
He sat forward a little in his chair, ready to talk business. He nodded, glad they didn't have to wait for Bill to get started.
"Yes, of course. Well at the moment, I am finished on all other jobs, so my crew is completely free to work on this and nothing else once a commencement date is settled."
"I have to thank you for the other workers you sourced to finish the Montague's home. They were professional and I look forward to working with them again."
"I believe we mentioned some things casually when we first discussed this. I usually offer work in stages. Arranging the plans and making sure all is satisfactory there is the first stage. I usually don't make firm plans about construction until every party is satisfied with that." Justin wasn't going to lock into anything other than stages, that way if things went sour, either party could get out.
