Justin nodded. "Yes, that's what I would do if I had the resources. You could almost cut the actual construction time by half. If you weigh up the cost saving there alone, it would be an almost equal investment."
"Of course, as you say, that's assuming the rumours of caves are true. There are so many around this part of Scotland, they have basis in fact."
He put his head to the side. "But the size and scope of the caves would need to be invested. Who knows how big they are, and how the security would need to be set."
"I mean, we all know the rumours of chambers and tunnels under Hogwarts." He shuddered at the thought, remembering the months he'd been petrified by the basilisk that had been living under Hogwarts for all those years. An effective security device, if he ever heard of one."
"And decentralisation is always easier for security." He remembered his father's talk on that with his financial investments - not putting all his eggs into one basket, so to speak.
