He'd wanted to talk to Percy all night, and yet the moment hadn't seemed to present itself. When he now saw him talking to none other than Dolohov, however, he took the chance, knowing it was the perfect chance to ask about Miles and Daphne as well.
He heard only the tail of Percy's statement, rolling his eyes inwardly.
'And here I thought you were good at being polite,' he said amused as he stepped up from behind, handing Percy a drink before stretching out his hand towards Dolohov. 'Pleasure to meet you, sir. Cass Vaisey, I don't know if you remember, but my grandfather used to have you over at the manor when I was a child.'
