He smiled at her, holding her steady as she tried to stand on her tip toes. 'I know, gorgeous,' he said softly, stroking her cheek, ignoring her complaints about the liquids. Those were exactly what he was getting her away from after all.
When she started feeling bad, he stopped and held her, waiting until she was standing steady before pulling out the second vial in his pocket.
'Drink this, gorgeous,' he said uncapping it and handing it to her. 'You'll feel much better.' Once the now starting hangover faded. So much for drinking anything tonight himself. Well it was probably for the best, he couldn't go to Susan's stinking of alcohol. He wanted her first time to be better than that.
