Ernie grinned mischievously. "But I could talk you into giving or taking House points, couldn't I? I could be very persuasive." Of course the kind of persuasiveness he was thinking abut wasn't really something he could do at the table in the Great Hall... but perhaps before or afterwards.
He drew in a small breath when Terry's thumb ran over his wrist and he shivered at the sensations it caused. "Then your parents were stupid," he said quietly.
He relaxed as Terry explained who Oliver was. He recognised the name. The Gryffindor Keeper during their first couple of years at Hogwarts. The girls had adored him and it seemed he returned that. Good.
"Did Pansy organise all of this?" he asked as they moved slowly around the dance floor. His concentration was more on how Terry felt in his arms and against his body than the answer to the question.
