Seamus chuckled when she apologised to him for being excited to meet him, and he shook his hand, waving the apology away.
"Believe me, I know the feeling. I was beginning to think I was the only one. Course, not many Irish would willingly live in Scotland, so that explains it a good deal, I think."
When she asked if she was familiar with it--he wasn't sure if she meant the village or her family--he just shrugged. "To be honest, I never really paid much attention to Abbeydorney. I knew it was predominantly wizards, but since I didn't know anyone there..." he said, trailing off a bit.
"Oh! Sorry. Finnigan. Seamus Finnigan," he said, extending his hand to her.
