Daphne ran her palms down the side of her face. Was this seriously happening? What in the bloody hell were they going to do?
"Well, voids on death is pretty typical of a marriage. You know, the whole 'till death do us part' thing," she said, sighing deeply. She shook her head. "We wouldn't have normally agreed to it, no, but it's pretty safe to say that none of what happened on Friday would have happened under normal circumstances."
Daphne winced as Miles' voice started to raise. Keeping their tempers in line was going to be very important if they were going to be able to think straight. "If only we had our memories of the night, perhaps we could better understand the situation we're in. I think that's one of the more frustrating parts."
