Antonin chuckled at Miles' admission. He paused while Nikita served tea to his guests, and something stronger to himself. "So Draco told me when I suggested some sort of celebration was in order for the two of you when you returned to town."
"You ran into Morag and I when we'd stopped for dinner while shopping in Russia. I confess we were celebrating as well, but the gist of the discussion on both of your parts was that you were right for each other, wanted to be married in an open marriage, similar to Morag's and mine, wanted it binding, 'till death do you part' and all that, and wanted it right now."
"I think it had something to do with me being a sea captain, but you didn't want to wait to get to one of my ships, so I did a civil ceremony as one of the Russian noble house."
Antonin chuckled again, and took a drink, "As a matter of fact, you both became rather insistent when I suggested delaying the ceremony for daylight and clearer heads."
"If you haven't consummated the marriage, there will be no trouble annulling it. If you have, I won't be much help with the standard contract."
