Natalie grinned bemusedly when the woman pointed to the sugar quill in her mouth. "No worries. I see it all the time."
She glanced down at the basket in the woman's arms, raising her eyebrow at her when she looked back up again. At the explanation, though, Natalie chuckled, nodding her head. "Well, copious amounts of candy seem to always do the trick," she said, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Bubble gum? Well, we have Every-Colour Bubble Gum, which has the habit of turning your mouth every colour known to man, even after your finished chewing. There's the joke kind, and you can pick from a variety of jokes. Favorite seems to be the kind that blows bubbles so large that instead of popping on your face, they pop on the faces of those around you. Not pretty, but the kids seem to enjoy it. We also have just plain bubble gum that come in a variety of flavours."
