"We were good today," Stephen said. "We managed a whole discussion with Terry and we talked before you sucked me off. I think we've shown enough restraint for the year."
He sighed. "I don't know, baby. I love research, but I don't have the money to stay home for the rest of my life, and before you bitch, there is a difference between us sharing things and you paying for the extra and you paying for everything. Most of the shares I have in the businesses are tied to that, and I won't jeopardise that bushiness so I can have cash on hand. The dividends will have to do. So yeah, still not enough money to stay home."
Stephen leaned down and kissed Adrian's cheek. "You don't have to wait until I stop teaching for that. I'd be more than happy to help you out. I told you, I've got plenty of time. I can even do it during office hours."
He rested on top of Adrian, his hands still moving over his husband's body. "She didn't know what she was missing, both your parents. They could have had an amazing son, and our children will have a great father. They'll know." Stephen would make sure of that. "You'll know, too. You can never be like your father."
