"Okay, so maybe I don't 'know' what they'll do as well as you do," Terry said. "But it doesn't change the fact that we're pretty much the only people who can damage his wards, and that means it has to be us." He sighed, knowing they were all doing this for different reasons, but it didn't change the fact that they had to do it.
"It's not charity," Terry said firmly. "I need your help, so why shouldn't you use some of the time at work to do it." He nodded decisively. "I'll stop by to see Percy Monday, before picking Ben up. And I won't tell him details, just enough to get him to agree. Hopefully."
He stood, and stretched. "Okay, Ben's probably wondering where I am, so I'll go now." He leaned down and hugged Stephen. "I'll let you know what Percy says." He smiled again, and headed to the door, Stephen coming with him and they hugged one last time, before Terry left Adrian and Stephen to, hopefully, resolve their fight.
