When Gene had heard from Bones that Bletchley's alibi wasn't clear (the bint he tried to use couldn't remember - what a crock), he was only to happy to accompany her to go and arrest the bastard.
He stood on the front step of the flat (why was he staying here when he had a bloody manor with an ocean view in Cornwall?) Bones was going to be all polite again, and he wanted to see just how quickly Bletchley was going to be ill at ease.
"It seems your alibi was having trouble remembering her name," he said rather quickly, folding his arms as he stared down the suspect. "I don't s'pose you've got some sort of proof you were anywhere but in 'ogsmeade?"
