Miles gave her a smirk when she wasn't going to give up any detail on Rosmerta's death. He was insanely curious, and truthfully, just a little sad at hearing of her passing. She had been his first, and he could never forget her.
"No, I wish I could help, although, she did like to entertain vampires, if that's any help." He shrugged, who knew, maybe that was the clue she was looking for.
He frowned at the thought of fingerprints, but remembered that he'd had his prints on record from his time after Romilda's death. He should have asked for them to be destroyed, but well, he didn't kill her so what did it matter now? He always wore gloves when he was doing dirty work for Rodolphus.
"I... ahhh... well, Liam was in the bath when I got there, and I helped him out, he got dressed and then we left." Miles shrugged. What else did she... "Oh, I don't suppose any of my son's clothes were left behind? He's always losing mittens, and I was going to ask Rosmerta if..." but he trailed off, feeling a little sick in the stomach to think he never could ask her again.
Perhaps it was Liam, or perhaps it was the fact it was starting to sink in. He had no idea. He watched Hunt glaring at him menacingly, and he returned the stare with his own What are you looking at look.
