Pansy gave Cass a look that said she clearly didn't believe him. 'They're just little people, Cass,' she told him. 'Talk to Polly like you talk to me, and I'm sure you'd have her eating out of your hand in no time....' She smiled proudly. 'She's a little princess and she likes to be treated like one,' she added.
Of course, her daughter also liked to eat anything and everything she came across, but Pansy did her best not to think about that. She still couldn't resist the urge to pull Polly's hand away from her mouth when it was something she didn't think her daughter needed to chew on, learning about life and gaining immunity or not.
Pansy sighed. 'She is....' she told him mournfully. Soon Polly would be running and Pansy would have to spend all her time chasing after her just to get a hug.
